Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and understand how the website is used.
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, work email, company, area of interest, your message and, if you choose to give it, a phone number.
- Aggregated website usage statistics, such as pages viewed, referring sites and device type. Our analytics tool does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Technical information needed to protect the contact form from spam, processed by our spam-protection provider.
How we use information
We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
- To reply to your enquiry and continue any conversation you start with us.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To protect the website and contact form against abuse.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the website. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.
- Resend, to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, for hosting, security and spam protection (Turnstile).
- Plausible Analytics, for privacy-friendly, cookieless usage statistics.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and delete enquiries that do not lead to further contact within 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us at customer@logicstacktechnologies.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data protection law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond.
